LookHome MS is a management company founded in 2020 by Jonathan Paquay based on an increasing demand among the Danish, French, Belgian, and English people who have a second residence on Costa del Sol along with the brave foreigners who wish to either move to Andalusia or simply spend their holidays here while staying in the perfect short-term or long term rental property.

Jonathan is born in Belgium but has lived most of his life between Saint Barthélémy in the French West Indies and France. He studied hospitality in Bourgogne, after which he moved to Spain in 2016. Jonathan got inspired by the real estate market in Spain, bought two properties in respectively Calahonda and Benalmádena and worked primarily in this line of business.

However, Jonathan found his real passion and created his own business, doing what makes him happy ― combining property maintenance and improvements with helping international people and homeowners like himself.

Line was born and raised in Aalborg in Denmark, where she achieved her M.A. in Culture, Communication & Globalization and B.A. in International Business Communication.

She has worked with online marketing & communication ever since as an independent Marketing and Management Consultant, Head of Quality Assurance, General Manager, Google Ads Specialist and more. Line has been living on Costa del Sol since 2016 but likes to visit Denmark as often as possible.

It can be challenging to find the right people to work with in another country where you are not familiar with the language, the legislation, the norms and the culture, especially when the work takes place in the most private area of them all: your home. We understand that this can lead to uncertainty and frustration, so we have made it easy for you.
