How much does Airbnb management cost on the Costa del Sol?

LookHome MS charges a fixed monthly maintenance fee (€200–€520/month excl. VAT) plus 18% of net booking revenue. Two separate invoices. Cleaning charged to guests — owners pay nothing.

What is the difference between the monthly fee and the 18% booking fee?

The monthly maintenance fee is fixed and billed every month. The 18% booking fee is variable — charged only when guests stay. No booking = €0 on that invoice.

What does pool and garden oversight include?

Visual inspection during each scheduled visit. If an issue is found, LookHome MS coordinates with certified local professionals. You only pay for actual repairs.

Are all prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT?

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT (IVA). 21% Spanish IVA is added on the final invoice per Ley del IVA.

Is there a minimum contract?
