LookHome MS coordinates property management, homewatch, keyholding, maintenance, cleaning, renovation projects and rental support on the Costa del Sol. The services and responsibilities are agreed for each property.

Do you work with villas and apartments?

Yes. We support villas, apartments, houses and second homes on the Costa del Sol. The care or renovation scope depends on the property, how it is used and the owner’s priorities.

Can you help when I live outside Spain?

Yes. LookHome MS acts as your local point of contact, coordinates authorised access and keeps you informed about the property and agreed work.

Which areas do you cover?

We work across Marbella, Benahavís, Mijas, Fuengirola and Benalmádena, including Calahonda and nearby Costa del Sol areas. We confirm coverage and travel arrangements for your address.

How often will you visit my property?

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly visits can be discussed according to your property and needs. The written scope should state the frequency, checks, updates and arrangements when an issue is found.

Can you coordinate a renovation?

We can help define your brief, communicate with local trades and organise progress follow-up. The architect, technical specialists and building contractor retain their own appointed responsibilities.

How can I get a price?

Use our estimate tool or contact us with the location, property type and services you need. An online estimate is indicative. Renovation scope and final pricing are confirmed after reviewing the project and, where needed, a site visit.
